We feel that one of the most important benefits of joining to our group is to meet fun women to train with and help you to achieve your triathlon goals. This is why we created Transcend Racing. Training schedules starting in February through September, 2008.
These workouts enable members to compete in early season 5k and 10K runs, a sprint triathlon(s), and an Olympic distance triathlon in June and September.

Two (2) organized group training sessions per week
These group workouts include running, biking, swimming and brick workouts.

Clinics and speakers on relevant training and race strategy topics
Topics include injury prevention, swimming instruction, bike maintenance and ocean safety, to name a few.

Efficient time management for all scheduled group training sessions
The group leaves on time for group training sessions and members may use the end of the session (and during training sessions!) for socializing.

Suggestions and advice for resources to obtain equipment
We proudly recommend several local shops to obtain biking, running, swimming and tri gear. As a member, you will receive discounts on apparel and equipment.
